This is important not only to individual workers and their families, but also to the productivity, competitiveness and sustainability of enterprises and thus to the national economy of the countries and ultimately to the global economy.

To meet these aim a skilled, competent, critical thinking and analytical trained health practitioners are required in occupational health setting specialising in Spirometry, Audiometry and Vision assessment  in a primary health care setting.

Additionally be competent in risk identifications, prevention, management, control and monitoring and evaluation. This individual should be trained in occupational health and safety, spirometry, audiometry and vision assessment at primary health care setting.
